Mexican Kingsnake
Lampropeltis mexicana
Colubridae
This snake is sometimes called the variable kingsnake. Try to guess why. This snake has in the past divided into a number of subspecies; it is now however recognised as one species. I would suggest doing a google image search for the 3 colour morphs, "mexicana", "greeri" and "thayeri".
